Milkshake salé sans lait

C'est un peu la lose par ici en ce moment, parce que c'est comme ça. Mais je reviens, comme le matou, pour vous proposer un nouveau couper-foutre.

C'est l'été, il fait chaud, et allumer ton four te fait transpirer d'avance. Je comprends, moi aussi. Alors on va essayer de faire un truc de saison, avec des tomates et des concombres, par exemple.

Il te faut :

* Un demi-concombre par personne

* Une tomate par personne

* De la crème fraiche liquide

* Des glaçons

* Du basilic ou de la menthe selon tes goûts

* Du sel

* Du poivre

* Un blender ou une girafe (l'ustensile, pas l'animal)

 

Tu épluches ton concombre et le coupe en dés, tu fais pareil avec ta tomate (les dés, pas l'épluchage. Pose cet économe.). Tu mets tout ça dans ton blender ou ton récipient haut, tu verses de la crème dessus, un peu de sel, du poivre, des glaçons, de la menthe ou du basilic si tu veux. Et tu mixes tout ça ensemble. Tu sers dans un verre ou un bol, et voilà.

Tu peux remplacer le concombre et la tomate par d'autres légumes de saison, mais c'est à tes risques et périls.

  1. Comme je suis quand même un gros naze, c’est maintenant que je me rends compte qu’il manque un truc dans la recette.

    Tu peux aussi mettre du fromage. Du chèvre frais, de la mozzarella, du gorgonzola crémeux… C’est bon le fromage.

  2. D’ordinaire bien naze moi-même, je confirme que cette recette est un excellent antidote. Pour maximaliser les effets, on peut aussi remplacer le basilic par de la coriandre.
